If Amaretto were a cookie, it would be our Almerle. Borrowing beautiful images from our traditional Springerle, the Almerle is an edible work of art. With its rich almond flavor and soft center, it's the perfect complement to any drink mixes.
Almerle cookies are made by the sisters and are part of our Monastery Baked Goods line. Almerle cookies have the same unique texture of Springerles — crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. But we use almond oil in place of anise oil, for a different but equally delicious taste. Like Springerles, Almerles bring a bit of our Old World heritage to your home.
