In the Catholic faith, the Three Hearts of the Holy Family are the hearts of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, which are honored in the Three Hearts devotion.

• Sacred Heart of Jesus Symbolizes Christ's love for humanity, and is often depicted with a crown of thorns, a cross, and a wound in its side. The cross represents the suffering Jesus endured during his life and passion.
• Immaculate Heart of Mary Represents Mary's love for Christ and the world, and is often depicted pierced with a sword.
• Chaste Heart of Joseph Symbolizes Joseph's purity and holiness, and is often depicted wrapped in lilies. Joseph is the spouse of Mary and foster father of Jesus.

The Three Hearts devotion is said to represent a perfect union of mercy, as if the three hearts beat as one. It's also said to clarify the ideal that people should strive to conform their hearts to those of the Holy Family. The devotion affirms God's desire to heal, perfect, and elevate the human heart, and honors and loves Jesus. It also encourages people to battle spiritual crises by turning to the Holy Family, and especially calls for men to live out their fatherly authority in a rightful way.

The Three Hearts devotion was created in 2021, the Year of St. Joseph and the 150th anniversary of his proclamation as the patron of the Universal Church.
